I used 1shoppingcart for my business and was extremely disappointed. The tutorials to set up the shopping cart are poor and outdated - often referring to things that no longer are available. The customer service is a nightmare. They are poorly trained, slow to respond, and just a nightmare to deal with (imagine your worst experience with outsourced customer support and double the frustration). What's worse is the company is now requiring you to pay an additional fee to receive customer support. I find this utterly ridiculous! Customer support should be included in the monthly fee, not an additional feature you have to pay for, especially when it's the worst thing about 1shoppingcart!
